Top Neo-Ericksonian Hypnotherapeutic Process Step 1 Transition Into Trance Step 1 Transition Into Trance ステップ1:トランスへの移行 The first time a hypnotherapuetic trance is used with a client it is appropriate to initiate the transition from an ordinary conversation into trance work with a comment such as, "I would like to do something a bit different for a few minutes that I think might help. O.K.?" Or you might simply say,"Now might be a good time to begin working with hypnosis. The authors almost invariably have their subjects close their eyes right from the beginning of the hypnosis session and then add some commnets about relaxation. This immediately eliminates distracting sights in the enviroment and focuses your client s attention inward upon thoughts and sensations. What is important is that you ask your client to do same thing each time. This provides a clear experiential signal or cue that something different is about to happen. Once your client has experienced a trance following a specific transitional shift into a new position, whenever that client is instructed to assume the same position in the future he/she will tend to reenter trance again. Run For Your Life!は、ホラーコンテンツ『The Backrooms』(Fandom版)に登場するレベルの一つである。 別名は『Level!(*1)』。 生存難易度はクラス5(危険、対策されていない、エンティティ蔓延)であり、Anomalous Levels(*2)に分類される。 概要 アーカイブログ 出入口 余談 概要 このレベルは、全長約10kmの長い廊下からなる空間である。 その内装は病院に酷似しており、廊下の壁には約3mおきにドアが、天井には約10mおきに『EXIT』と書かれた点滅する非常口誘導灯が設置されている。 このレベルに入ると、すぐに大音量で出所不明のアラーム音が鳴り響き始める。アラーム音は侵入した人によって微妙に異なり、その人間にとって最も警戒心を煽る音が鳴るようだ。 そしてその数秒後、廊下の奥からハウンド、スキンスティーラー、フェイスリング、スマイラー等のエンティティ達の大群が押し寄せてくる。 Backroomsをよく知る放浪者の方々ならこれらのエンティティがBackroomsオールスターズといってもいい程の有名かつ危険極まりない存在であり、捕まればまともな最期は迎えられないことは重々承知の上であろう。 となればここからの脱出方法は単純明快 エンティティに追い付かれる前に10㎞先の出口の扉までとにかく走り続ける ことである。 まさに『命がけで走れ』とはこのことであるが、廊下には病院のベッドや椅子などが障害物として散乱し、さらにはクランプが進行を妨害してくるなど厄介極まりない。 そもそも10㎞全力で走り続けるなんて不可能では?という話だが、廊下の至る所にご存じ万能アーモンドウォーターやエネルギーバーなどの走り続けるためのアイテムが設置されていたり、障害物をうまく使えば一時的にエンティティの進行を遅くすることもできたりはする。 そんなこんなで無事エンティティから逃げ切って10㎞先の突き当りにあるドアに飛び込めれば晴れて脱出成功である。 …さて、記事冒頭でも述べたようにこのレベルの生存難易度は最高レベルのクラス5である。 Backroomsのクラス5レベルといえば、猛毒クモが跋扈し近づいたら無数の手によって引き裂かれて中に引きずりこまれるような池が存在する洞窟(*3)や、エンティティがありとあらゆる手で放浪者を捕食しにかかってくる最悪なパーティー会場(*4)など、理不尽極まりないほぼ即死トラップのようなレベルが数多く占めているわけだが、Level!も当然ただの体力勝負の鬼ごっこというわけではない。 というのもこのレベル、放浪者の体力や運動能力に応じて障害物やエンティティの数や速さが変化する。 さらに、進めば進むほどエンティティの数は少なくなるが、より攻撃的になりスピードも上がるという鬼畜仕様。 前述の変化に関しては走り慣れた人でもかなりの厳しさを感じるほどのものらしく、結局無事に脱出するのは至難の業というわけである。 また、このレベルに複数人が同時に侵入しようとしても、その人数分だけ性質を変えたコピーが生成され割り振られるため、レベル内では強制的に一人ぼっちの状態となり他人の力を借りて協力することもできない。 極めつけはやっとの思いで脱出に成功した後、なんとBackrooms内のランダムなレベルに転送されるという無茶ぶりっぷり。なんならLevel!の入り口に戻される可能性すらある。(もっとも、Backroomsの果てしなさを考えるとそれすらまだ幸運なほうという意見もあるが…) アーカイブログ このレベルが初めて発見されたときの音声記録として、M.E.Gの工作員である「ノア」と呼ばれる人物とベースオペレーターによる通信ログが残っているので見てみよう。 ノア 命令されたことはやったぞ。ジェリーの信奉者について、その秘密も含めてすべて把握した。本当はあと少しで捕まってしまうところだったがな。 ベース よし、よくやった。できるだけ早く基地に戻れ。ジェリーの部屋の近くには、かなりエンティティが出現しやすいからな。 ノア ああ、4、5時間くらいで行けると思う。待てよ…あの壁、今まで絶対なかったはず。なんか…行き止まりになってしまったみたいだ。 ベース 落ち着くんだ。何か方法があるはずだ。 <音声が一時停止する> ベース 聞こえるか?一体どこにいるんだ? ノア これは…どうやら別のレベルにノークリップしたようだ。俺が知っているほかのレベルとは大きく異なるものだが。 「ジェリー」というのは主にLevel2に存在する、自身を神として崇拝させる洗脳の能力を持つ小鳥のエンティティである。 ノアはこのエンティティに関する調査を終え、前哨基地に帰還する途中にこのレベルへ迷い込んでしまったのだろう。 ベース 何が見えるか教えてくれ。 ノア 廊下なんだが…妙に歪んでいる。真っ赤に点滅する光と鳴りやまない警報音。いくつかのドアを開けてみたが、すべてロックされているようだ。 ベース 了解。出口が見つかるまで廊下を進んでみてくれ。 ノア なんだ…後ろから足音が聞こえる。何百人もいるに違いない。 ベース 落ち着け。調査のため仲間を送り込んだ。Level2を通ってそちらに向かっている。 <激しい呼吸が聞こえる> ノア 本当に助けてくれ!俺の後ろに何百というエンティティがいる!ろ、廊下を走っているがいつまで続くかわかったもんじゃない! ノア もしもし?ベース!まずい、信号が途絶えた、もう一人だ… - なんてこった、エンティティが追い付いてきた! <6~10分ほど音声が途切れ、激しい息遣いと足音のみが聞こえる。> ノア ああ、神よ、俺はどれくらい走ってきたんだ?エンティティが近づいてきやがった! - お、おい!出口が見える! <さらに過呼吸が聞こえる> ノア 着いた…助かったぞ! <不可解な音> ノア 空っぽの部屋____ <数秒後、マイクが途切れるまで複数のエンティティの金切り声が聞こえる> <記録終了> ログの最後には、ノアはこのあと二度と姿を見せることはなかったと記されており、おそらくはエンティティによって殺害されたものと思われる。 出入口 入口 一般的なレベルとは異なり、このレベルにはBackroomsの殆どの空間からでも突然転送される可能性がある。よって安全な空間で過ごしていたのに突然鬼畜なレースに参加させられるということも有り得る。 特定のレベルから行く方法の一例 Level521「Duality」 2つの部屋と回転ドアで構成された空間。「!」と書かれた机の下でノークリップ(壁抜けバグ)を行う。 ・Level2020「Quarantine」 2階建ての家とその近隣のような空間。このレベルのウイルスに感染していない状態でノークリップを行う(ただし、この方法だと物資がない状態で転送される)。 なお、感染しているときに同様の方法を行うと代わりにLevel847(*5)に転送される。Level2020は現在削除されているのでこの方法で行くことは出来ない。 Level380「Sandbox Game」 サブタイトル通りの空間。「!」マークのついた錠剤を飲むとこのレベルの修正バージョンに行く。どのくらい修正されているかというと、 走る距離は10kmから1kmに短縮。 死んだ場合Level380に戻されるので、本当の意味で死ぬことがない。 走りきるとランダムなクラス0(安全なレベル)のレベルか、Level380に戻るか選択することができる。 とかなりハードルが下がっている。運動目的で使用する人もいるんだとか。 などのルートが確認されている。 出口 これまでも説明した通り、10㎞先の突き当りの扉を開けるとBackrooms内のランダムな空間に飛ばされる。 また、Level!の廊下は数㎞おきに曲がっているのだが、ログでのノアがそうであったように、曲がり角にある扉を出口だと勘違いしてしまわないよう注意が促されている。 基本的には完全な突き当りにある扉以外はすべて出口にならない。 その他、「Carpenter's Room」と書かれた扉に入るとLevelMaker(*6)に行くことができる。 色が違う壁にNoclipで入ろうとすると安全なレベルへ 特定のエンティティに殺されるとレベル11に50%でいける可能性があるが失敗するとVoidやyou winに逝けます 余談 このレベルのタイトルになっている「Run for your life!」は日本語に翻訳すると、「命がけで走れ!」となる。この「Run for your life」は度々エンターテイメントで用いられ、かの有名なビートルズの曲の一つにもなっている。 _____847→!→Run Four your Life!_____ 忘れ去られた感嘆符 エンティティと鬼ごっこを楽しみたい人は追記、修正をお願いします。 △メニュー 項目変更 この項目が面白かったなら……\ポチッと/ -アニヲタWiki- ▷ コメント欄 [部分編集] この内容ならbackroomの記事にまとめて記載してても良かったのでは -- 名無しさん (2022-09-11 18 32 12) 建て逃げ? -- 名無しさん (2022-09-11 21 41 40) 項目作れるくらい内容あるの -- 名無しさん (2022-09-12 20 44 52) ↑Lv3999、Lv11、Lv9ぐらい無いときつそう -- 名無しさん (2022-09-12 20 45 43) 関連するサブレベルとかも一緒に記載するくらいで丁度良いかも -- 名無しさん (2022-09-12 22 45 43) 関連レベルとして!-EX、!-!、!?とかを足した方がいいな -- 名無しさん (2022-10-23 23 01 55) 何百も集まった割に加減して鬼ごっこ的遊戯に付き合ってくれるエンティティくんやさしい -- 名無しさん (2022-11-15 19 43 14) 1週間以上前にタイトル名がLevel!からRun for your life!に変更されたので、項目名も変えて宜しいでしょうか。 -- 名無しさん (2023-01-06 21 21 55) 相談所に報告のあった違反コメントを削除しました。 -- 名無しさん (2023-03-08 20 49 08) 名前 コメント
